worketh willingly with my hands...

Last night, my best friend and I were excited to watch a movie on the internet, due to slow connection, we had no choice but to cancel our plan. It was 10 in the evening and we thought it was too early for bedtime. So she asked me,"do you know how to crochet?". Then I replied, " well, I have started and tried it before but I never remember if I have finished a piece of work out of crochet or cross-stitch except for sewing." I mean seriously, am I too impatient or perfectionist? Maybe I am. And I easily get bored to continue working especially when I make mistakes. It's hard for me to go on, and whenever I do a project I want to finish it right away.

Sometimes you do things you haven't done in a while just to get rid of boredom. And that's what I did last night, as soon as my best friend handed over the hook and the yarn for crochet. Since she knew it better than I did, she taught me how to start over and made a pattern. So I followed and tried to be patient. We've decided to make a purse. So far, it's still in progress, we hope to finish it soon so we could make another one. I'm very optimistic this time to finish it. And for my next project, I want to know  how to make this coin purse.

I hope to find metal coin purse frame to match my next crochet project. It would be great if I could find something like this.

As for my inspiration, let me quote a familiar passage from the Scripture about a virtuous woman.

...and worketh willingly with her hands.
Proverbs 31: 13
